House rolls
Soft dinner rolls, baked the morning of pickup.
Country bread
A loaf with a good crust, made to be sliced at the table.
Apple pie
Northern Spy apples, a lard-and-butter crust, baked to order.
Whoopie pies
Chocolate cake, cream filling, sold by the half dozen.
Sticky buns
Overnight dough, maple and brown sugar, a dozen in a pan.
Pies of the week
Seasonal fruit and custard. Ask what is in the case.

Required: your name, mobile, and pickup date. Add a note for the baker if you like. We confirm by text.
